The children of the Peak Community Church are our future church leaders.  When the children were brought before Jesus that He might lay His hands on them and pray for them, His disciples rebuked them.  But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 19:14).”  The greatest in the kingdom of heaven is the person who humbles himself as a little child.  Children are precious to our Lord and He opens His kingdom to them.

Our vision for the Peak Kids is to teach and train them to be life-long disciples of Christ.  

We train and equip our children by teaching them the Word of God through Sunday School lessons, Church plays, and fellowship events

We fortify God’s Word by creating hands on activities to reinforce each Sunday lesson in the minds of our children
We create a learning environment where children feel free to ask questions and also to provide their input during lessons
Children are taught to pray and seek God in all things

Church Plays

We reinforce God’s Word in the lives of our kids by acting out stories from the Bible
We hone and encourage each child in their God-given gifts and talents
Children are taught to praise and worship God in song, dance, and acting

Fellowship events

Events are used to foster a spirit of trust with each child
Events provide children a strong sense of community and love

We believe that we must provide The Peak Community Church Members’ children with an education based on and consistent with the Word of God

It is the church’s responsibility to provide Christian education to all children so that they can reflect Christ in the world they live in

Provide Christian education that will make mature and lifelong disciples of children of all age levels
